This meeting we will be a discussion of the Economic Environment for Greater Phoenix and the State and its impact on compensation planning for 2012.
Beckie Holmes will speak about the Economic outlook and her assessment of where we are and her outlook for where we’re going.
Kerry Chou will follow with WorldatWork’s findings on salary budgets for 2011 and the outlook for 2012 and what the research shows companies are doing to design comp programs to better cope.
